Hair is a selection of yogic poses and exercises which when coupled with good ayurvedic skin care tips can produce a startling effect on your skin.

Pranayam- breathing right is the beginning on the path of healthy skin .kapalbhati Pranayam is known to be the most suitable for this purpose. actress Shilpa Shetty has been advocating kapalbhati and you can easily learn how to do this .15 minutes everyday should be enough to keep your skin glowing and to keep wrinkles and fine lines at bay.

Shirshasana- (Headstand)

This aasan gives your face healthy glow by reversing the blood circulation so that it is from toe to head. doing this regularly helps keep your skin wrinkle free.

Bhujangasana– though it is a relaxing cobra pose that helps to reduce tension ,stress and fatigue. it also helps in skin rejuvenation by supplying extra oxygen to the skin cells which is turn helps the body to flush out the accumulated toxins from the system.

Sarvangasana or shoulder stand – it is commonly known as queen of yoga aasan.this aasan helps in reversing the blood circulation from toe to hesd. so helping your skin remain clear and wrinkle free.

Matsyasana- the fish pose is basically a backbend, where you lie on your back and ligt the region of the heart by propping yourself on your elbows and by drawing back your shoulders .stretch your neck and point the crown of your head towards the floor
to complete the asan. This asana relaxes your mond and your body, calming it deeply and helping you deal better with acne that is caused by stress or other emotional imbalance

Chakrasana- chakrasan is back bend posture that provides excellent flexibility to our spine and also improve the blood circulation in our body and specially in your face and head region. the complete arching your back in this pose gives the aasan its name chakra basically mean the wheel in Sanskrit. to do the aasan stand straight and push your hips and abdomen forward and drop your neck back. keep arching back slowly ,with your hands raised towards the sky. once you are back enough and can see the floor again ,when your bend your knees slowly till your palms are touching the floor .this aasan can also help improve your digestive system and provide relief from constipation.

Halasana- it is an inverted pose for exercise which can be entered from the sarvangasana mentioned above. the back is slightly lowered so as to improve the balance and bring your legs all the way over your head slowly till the toes are touching the floor then interlock your fingers and stretch your arms down onto the floor the laws and can help provide relief from constipation and it also improves the blood circulation towards the head reason thirst treating your acne problem.
