Start of day with a breakfast to fuel your day

Breakfast is most important meal of the day. when you feed yourself what your body needs when it needs it, that’s love. so give your body some fuel and sit down and enjoy a good substantial breakfast.

There is nothing like starting the day with the healthy, filling breakfast smoothies.

My idea of heaven is to wake up, have a good breakfast, and spend the rest of the day drawing.

To me, breakfast is my most important meal. it is often the meal to play a game on. Practice gratitude make a list of five things you are grateful for in your life for five reason it is going to be an amazing day

Set goals and intentions for the day- before you jump into go Mode, take some time to reflect on What’s really important for you each day. maybe it is focusing on a fitness goal or being particularly kind to everyone around you, or just finishing a big project you are working on. so often be start the day on auto pilot, not really knowing what we are aiming for to make it productive and meaningful.

Visualise your day the practice of visualisation can help you get in touch with what you want in life and how to spend your time to get there. take a few minutes to muse on your ideal day, and then break down the steps you need to take to achieve it.

Take time for health and beauty rituals. Do something that makes you feel accomplished.
