Good morning everyone. once again I’m here with a stress buster Pranayam. Well, as you all know that all yoga forms keeps us calm and cool but bhramari Pranayam is specially done for keeping our mind under control and free from stress.

It is one of the best breathing exercise to free The Mind from agitation, frustration or anxiety, and get rid of anger.
Why it is called Humming Bee breathing exercise– it is because when we perform this exercise or this Pranayam then we have to produce Humming sound. That’s why it is giving a name Humming Bee breathing.
How to perform this Pranayam–
@ sit up straight in a quite, well ventilated corner with your eyes closed. Keep gentle smile on your face.
@ keep your eyes closed for sometime.
@ place your index finger on your ears. There is the cartilage between your cheek and ear. Place your index finger on the cartilage.
@ your first two fingers are placed over the closed eyelids while the ring fingers regulate the flow of air through the nostrils.
@Take a deep breath in and as you breath out, o gently press the cartilage. you can keep the Cartilage pressed or press it in and out with your fingers while making a loud humming sound like a bee.
@ Try to pronounce ohm inside. Your mouth should be shut.
@ repeat it at least 5 to 10 times.
