In the present time situation when everyone is suffering from health and wealth issues, what should be done to overcome from all these problems. Not only a single person but whole the world is suffering from this pandemic. Now the question is this that what should be done to keep us mentally strong,. Well guys it is not easy task to keep ourselves mentally strong during this pandemic as because we are suffering from all the side like we can say we are suffering from economic crisis, we facing health issues and many of us are here who are not habitual to stay home regular. So how we can cope with this situation by keeping our attitude positive.

So here I am going to share some tips which will help you to keep yourself positive in this tough situation. Nowadays I am working on these steps and I should say that I am alive because I am following these steps otherwise I was under stress.

Pranayam :- I think pranayam is the first thing which have the calibre to bring the positivity in US. By bringing optimism into our life we will be able to avoid worries and negative thinking however positive thinking is not magic and it won’t make our problem disappear. What it will do is make life issues seems manageable and enable you to tackle these hurdles more positively and productivity. it is all about how to see things half empty or half full……

Surround yourself with positive people:- when you are presented with negativity. take a deep breath and listen often that is enough.

Have a cup of tea meaning slow down and take a moment. make time for yourself each day. even if it is only 10 minutes check in with yourself and do something for you.

Get proper sleep– this one is no brainer for me. it just makes day to day life easier to handle with the proper night sleep.

Limit your media intake— being completely absorbed in the media during this time will do you no good. there are very few people that can spend hour and hour in front of negativity without feeling the impact. if you are feeling a little low in mood limit your media intake to 10 to 15 minutes at the end of the day to get the updates and please continue with your day.

Take responsibility for speaking and sharing positively to your peers– it is also easy to say that our individual contribution does not have any impact but this virus is evidence that we are all in this together and our efforts individually and collectively go a long way. now let’s focus on the positives as much as we can. we can share post, captions and comment that are positive. positive attracts positive so let spread it. positive thoughts and emotions are known to increase your immune system and also giving you and increased power in overcoming this virus should it come your way.

Pull together in your community and support small businesses where you can.

You can write down five things you are grateful for every morning.

Look after your immunity and stick to the rules knowing that’s the best you can do.

Become best friends with your mind spend more time in there. Every situation in your entire lifetime presents you with different options. coming to the realisation that you are not your mind and that you can completely separate from your thoughts if only you invest the time in running how to show is a privilege I have taken on the journey on meditation over the last few years and I honestly cannot imagine being back in my old ways.

Learn something new– some of us have no work and have an abundance of time and some of us have increased work and reduced time. some people need this time to stop and reset and recover from whatever life has thrown at them leading up to this. whichever situation is it you are in, it’s important to embrace it.

If you happen to find yourself with extra spare time. here are some suggestions – learn a new language online. buy an online cookbook and try some new healthy immune boosting recipes. learn how to edit on lightroom. take some online yoga classes.
