Lord Surya the ultimate source of energy. Nowadays I’m teaching my son to do worship of Lord Surya. My son Rudra, he is three years old only. He is the biggest fan of Lord Surya. early morning when he gets up, first ask.. Mumma suryadev bhagwan bahar aa gye kya? When I say yes… His gesture turn… He jst goes outside and check it first… And come back with wondering face…. So I have started to develop his interest towards this direction….

Well we all know that sun is the main’ centre of energy ‘ worshipping of Lord Surya brings positive energy. Surya Namaskar and offering water to the lord Surya is best starting of the day.

There are many advantages of worshipping Surya every morning. It boosts energy, confidence and improves communication, it welcomes peace and harmony in life by eliminating the negative effects of the bad power. Surya prayers have the power to help us get rid of our troubles and charge prosperity in the health and wealth. Mostly people who are seeking success, courage, strength and healthy body should worship Surya Dev.

Here are the steps to follow for performing Surya Puja:- * start with bathing. always remember to wear fresh and clean clothes when offering Pooja to the sun. Pray to the rising sun in the morning. Face the east direction or Rising Sun direction while performing the pooja. sprinkle drop of Gangaajal on the head to purify yourself and start praying to Lord Ganesha before worshipping the sun God. take a copper vessel and fill it with honey to offer it to Lord Surya. offer it to God Surya. the best time to offer water to Surya is within an hour of sunrise. look at the sun and concentrate on God while pouring the water to the ground. Lotus is a favourable flower however, you can use any flower.

Well, I have started to teach my son here you can see I think by doing these activities we can make them strong and concern to Nature. It will help them to build more and more strong or positive. Rudra’s worshipping pic is attached here..
