Hello friends it’s my second post as you all know that whole country is suffering from worst condition due to COVID-19. With the whole country in lockdown due to covid-19 it’s more important than ever to stay healthy, physically and mentally.
Many of us are here who are not used to being at home everyday. But in lockdown time they have to stay, they have to captured in their home.
Here I am going to share some tips for staying healthy while in self isolation:
Get a daily dose of fresh air
Visit your terrace it’s good for your physical and mental health and plan it into your schedules so you are doing it everyday getting out of the house will make you feel better and reduce cabin Fever.
Eat healthy food
I am taking fruits and vegetable to stay healthy and I have avoid unnecessary snacking which is easy to do when we are at home well I keep myself hydrated.
Watch healthy balance of news
Well it is tempting to keep checking all the latest updates about covid-19 but don’t let it rule your life. keep informed but also a have a break from the constant flow of information. you should set times where you check the news may be morning and night to keep a healthy balance.
Meditate
Meditation is proven to have many mental and physical benefits. Meditation will improve our help and help us stay calm and centred.
Have fun
Well we have suddenly find ourselves with time on our hand, remember to do something we enjoy like we can watch a movie, we can do some puzzles, we can play some board games, we can write a novel, we can read books, we can start to learn language, we can do anything else that will put a smile on our face.
Spend time with your family members try a new recipe
Cooking can be a great way to relax. I have tried so many recipes during this lockdown and now my family members are so happy with me.
Get enough sleep
I always try and focus on maintaining a regular bedtime and avoid the Temptation of lying in bed for ages in the morning or during the day and I take some time to wind down at the end of the day and avoid having caffeine left at night.
Keep yourself hydrated
During this time we are exercising a lot so we want to make sure our drinking plenty. many activities can feel physically and mentally much more difficult without proper hydration. Without enough Fluids we are more likely to have a hard time concentrating and feeling alert. so staying hydrated can prevent us from feeling physically and emotionally drained.
Well there are some other benefits associated with positive mental well-being and including things like reduce stress and anxiety, improve moves and clear thinking a greater sense of calm and increase self esteem improve relationship.
